“Medium-full bodied, a tight and concentrated, firm core of citrus fruits melded with herbs, nuts, butterscotch is the feature on palate. There is considerable oak and MLF componentry which fills the mouth with flavour. The wine has good fruit weight with a line of phenolics guiding the flow. Elevated, racy acidity adds to the firmness and enlivens the mouthfeel, carrying through to a strong finish. This is a firm and concentrated, cool and racy Chardonnay with plenty creamy oak and butterscotch flavours.”
